Hello, I am new

First off i would like to say hello :)

 

I am rather new here I have been lurking for quite a while.

 

I am currently working on a very high quality height map for The Elder Scrolls V. I hope every one will enjoy it when it is released

 

But first off I have a question -

 

What file formats does oblivion accept when it comes to height maps?

 

I would just like to preview it in the Oblivion Game engine before Skyrim's Releases.

 

and Speaking about skyrim have any technical details (Character size, editor information, etc.) been released?

 

I am planning on pre ordering Sky rim this coming week. :)

If you're talking about the map menu Oblivion uses, .dds files are used for everything texture-wise in Oblivion.
