Redguards mod problems

[sOLVED] : Never mind, I figured it out. Anyone else having this problem should do a BSA-alteration (Archive Invalidation) using OBMM.

So I tried fixing my Redguards from the fugly default ones to much better looking ones using mods I found floating around but no matter what I do I can't seem to fix my Redguard NPCs. I tried using the Better Redguards which creates a new directory for the game to load Redguard textures except the game basically said "F*CK YOU, YOU'RE GONNA USE THESE IMPERIAL TEXTURES AND YOU'RE GONNA LIKE IT".

I just don't know what to do. TNR doesn't change their skin tone and Better Redguards doesn't seem to do anything. When Better Redguards is installed, the files are all there but it's like the game ignores the new redguard folder and loads Imperial textures regardless. I don't know how to fix this, I've tried everything I could think of but all of my Redguard NPCs walk around with chocolate bodies and white faces, hands and feet. I need a mod guru, someone who can help me make them completely black. And yes I know about load order.

I attached my BOSS output for any kind soul willing to help me before I go mad.

Use redirection, not alteration. It's a much better solution to Archive Invalidation. It's a much more reliable method and is practically fool-proof. Plus, it only has to be done once and it never needs to be updated. The only thing it requires is that the replacement texture in your \Data\ directory has a newer "last modified" date than the .bsa archives Oblivion stores all of the vanilla meshes textures and animations in by default. To achieve this with a Steam installation, use File Date Changer to roll back the "last modified" dates on all of the archives that come in a vanilla Oblivion install (and the ones from the DLCs as well) to some time around 2005.
