Where would I start to make this

I am completely new to this but after searching for what I want there does not seem to be anything close to what I want.

 

Trying to find a Type Three body with Beware of Girl Hi Res textures with tattoos in specific places, (tattoo type does matter but not as much as placement)

 

If I was going to take a blank body and add my own Tatts to it, where would I get the blank body from?

 

Hope this is clear. I am a complete noob at this.

 

I have no desire to actually make this myself I just want it, so if someone wants to make it for me I would be very grateful but failing that how can I do it myself?

well, you actually have the answer written in your question

 

you want tattoos on the Beware Of Girl Hi Res textures, so all you really have to do is open these textures, add the tattoos onto the textures, save, and you are done

as long as you don't change the name of the files, and keep them in the right place, your game will read your modified textures, and show whatever tattoos you have placed

 

just make sure to have back-ups of whatever files you'll be modifying, just in case something goes wrong

How do I get the textures to the point where they can be edited in photoshop?

How do I extract them I guess?

as far as i know, all you need to do is get a DDS plugin for Photoshop, and then you will be able to open up texture files

since the texture you want is part of a mod, you don't even have to extract it out of a BSA, because it isn't in one, you just need to find it in your folders (i think it should be under Data -> Textures -> Characters -> female)

 

i am pretty sure that this is all that you need
