Game speed is too fast

Hey

I just reinstalled Fallout:NV because I often got crashes when entering a new zone, had a lot of unused stuff in the Data folder too and figured a fresh install couldn't hurt.

Now I have another problem though: The game runs too fast. Characters move, shoot, reload just too fast, everyone is in a total hurry. I don't use any mods currently (really fresh install) but I have all the DLCs (Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Gun Runner's Arsenal, Classic Pack, Caravan Pack, Tribal Pack, Mercenary Pack).

I have absolutely no idea how to fix this, I searched in google but didn't find anything, only one person who had the same problem but no solutions. :ohdear:

Can someone please help?

Forgot to add my Computer Specifications:

Windows 7 x64

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580

i7 950 @ 3.07 GHz

12 GB RAM

/edit

Ok very funny, someone suggested setting iFPSClamp=0 in the Fallout_default.ini to iFPSClamp=60, so I tried that but it just sped up the game even more.

I tried different values (50, 40, 30, 20) but that didn't help. :ohdear:

So I set it back to 0 but now it's as fast as when I set it to 60. I'm literally flying through the Mojave. :teehee:
