Kimnokmar
Ok so for 3 days now I have been trying to get an armor in game. I pulled the Armor of the 87th Tribe out of the lonesome rode BSA, and import it into blender. I then stretched the "skirt" on it down to just above the top of the feet to make it look like you have a long robe on under the armor. Everything worked great! So I then got the male skeleton out of the Fallout Meshes BSA. Having never made an armor before I looked up a tutorial.....this is where it all went wrong! For 3 days now I have tried both of these tutorials over, and over. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Blender_import_and_export_armor_for_Oblivion I know its for Oblivion, but I thought they couldn't be to different. Just at the last step save as Fallout 3 instead of Oblivion http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Fallout._Part_2 I only used the second part of this tutorial as the first part just tells you how to make armor. I already had armor from the game so I didn't need that Following the steps in these tutorials I can make a nif that can be read by nifskope, but for some reason can not be read by the GECK. Please please please help me I'm going crazy!!!!!
Kimnokmar
Never mind I got it to work today by using this tutorial. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/227460-creating-armor-mashups-in-fallout3-with-blender/ I don't know why the others made it so complicated. The only issue I have now is that the robe part only follows the upper leg animation so there is some clipping of the lower leg from time to time.
