hi everyone, i have some perks in my mind that people might like to have, but i'm too lazy to get the GECK and try to make them, so i wonder if someone could make them.

 

anyway, here comes my perk ideas

perk name: Dealdy Marksman

requirements: level 18, guns 90

benefit: while aiming with long range weapons your damage increases by 20%

description (how it would show in the pipboy): One shot, one kill, that's your motto. While aiming with long range weapons like the sniper rifle and hunting rifle, your shots do 20% more damage.

perk name: Explosive handling (hardcore only)

requirements: level 10, explosives 90, hardcore mode

benefit: 50% less weight to grenades, mines and explosive ammo

description: making so many explosions taught you how to carry them easily, making grenades, mines, missiles and the like to weight half the normal

perk name: Dirty fighting

requirements: level 8, melee weapons 45, unarmed 45

benefit: +30% melee damage to enemies while behind them, they attack someone else or knocked down

description: if there's something that you learned from the wasteland is "FIGHT DIRTY", so your melee attacks do 30% more damage while the enemy is being attacked from behind, while attacking someone else or while on the ground.

perk name: Gambler

requirements: luck 6

benefit: +2 luck while playing gambling games

description: you're getting the hang of gambling, don't you? you've learned to make better bets, like having two extra points of luck.

perk name: Balanced gear

requirements: Endurance 6: Repair 45

benefit: +20% DT while wearing medium armor

description: in terms of armor, you decided to stay in the middle and take the best profit fromt it, increasing your damage threshold by 10% while wearing medium armor

perk name: heavy geared

requirements: level 12, Strength 7, Endurance 6

benefit: no movement penalty while wearing heavy armor

description: your body got adapted to the use of heavy armor, and now you barely feel it slowing you down, ignoring its movement penalty while wearing it.
