Various textures taken and used without consent from mod author.2. Ignoring warning from said mod author about use of content.3. Upload of Fallout 3 DLC content to Fallout New Vegas Nexus as part of file. Reports and verification of the violation relating to the files in question have been made, and the evidence is clear. As such, your membership ends here and the files in question have be removed. After a staff review of your unban request, and given your prior history of site use - you account has been unbanned.
