El`derina
I was reading http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:The_Doors_of_Oblivionthat someone else posted... and it reminded me of a quirk i had with Oblivion See, how I would like it to work would be a ritual type summoning where advanced summons could not be done quickly in combat- only the weaker ones. There could be a chance for the summon to break off its binding, or for binding not to work at all and have the summon turn on you. This could leave open a ton of options for summoning also... adding reagents to make it stronger, or higher success in summoning.Choosing different options that increase/decrease the difficulty of the summoning(or determine if it can be summoned quickly or not) things like this... whats everyone elses opinion on it? AltreU
If it were a mod (for Skyrim), I wouldn't mind trying it. For the most part though, I like the mobility that conjuration currently has. I had an assassin that used low level summons as a distraction while I moved in for attacks of opportunity. With the way summoning works now, I can effectively sneak up to a group and plant my summon where I need. Like I said, I'd still try a mod like that out.
