Crash when loading a new game after the intro video

I've been bashing my head against a wall. Right now, every time I try and make a new game, it doesn't work. After the intro video, it loads for a while, then crashes. Not just straight crash, but that annoying message, "FalloutNV has stopped working". I use the FOSE 4gb enabler version, and hear is my loadout.

Patch is my merged patch.

seems like you're using boss. if thats not the case, then do so. also, remove the merged patch and try wrye flash only. this may also be a driver problem. make sure that it's the latest version.

 

otherwise I'd recommend disabling mods one by one (starting with smaller ones) to find the mod responsible for your crashes.

Two simple questions.

 

Does FNV start without any mods enabled?

 

How many characters do you have? Because game will work (more or less) only if you have less than three. If you want to keep files from older playthoughs just move them out from \saves folder.
