kaistyle2
I don't know how it happened or why it is doing this, but when I went out to collect an Order of Priest Robe for my female character, the males wearing them had the female mesh of the clothing on. When my female puts its on, she has the basic male look. Other than using the console to change my character's gender, is there a way that I can find a fix or change the file so that the guys look like guys and the ladies will look like there is a female under the robe? All the other armors/outfits for the mod work fine, it is just that one outfit. I even thought that adding the "Female Order of Priest" mod would help, but that did nothing as well so I removed it. MShoap13
You need to go digging around in your \Data\ folder and find where the mesh for said robe is located. Then move it from \Data\meshes\blahblahblah\male\ to female. You can also use Refscope or Form ID Finder to tell you exactly where the mesh is stored in-game. kaistyle2
You need to go digging around in your \Data\ folder and find where the mesh for said robe is located. Then move it from \Data\meshes\blahblahblah\male\ to female. You can also use Refscope or Form ID Finder to tell you exactly where the mesh is stored in-game. Thanks for the help, but when I checked to see if there was a female mesh folder for the robe, there isn't one. In fact, there is only one file in the Order folder at all. Then I used the Refscope mod and it said it was in the Oblivion.esm file. Unless the Armor replacer is bugged, I don't know what else to do. Keirgarth
How was the mod installed? Was it an exe file, an OMOD, or was it manually placed in the Oblivion folder? If it was an exe file, instead of letting it install into the oblivion folder, create a new folder you can find and install there to see what the directory structure is when it is installed. It is possible that the exe is having issues trying to install all of the pieces. If it is an OMOD, see if there are any updates or patches for it. If it was manual, download the mod again and have a look to see what is there. Your load order would also be nice to see in case there is something obviously taking precedent over the order robe mod that you might not have seen. Installation path of Oblivion and version of the game may also be of help.
kaistyle2
The mod is the manual version (where you have to take the Mesh, textures, and DLCShiveringIsles.esp into the Data folder). The path of the game is the basic C:\Program Files \Bethesda Softworks and I have the Game of the year edition fully updated to the max with the latest unofficial Oblivion patches as well. MShoap13
Are you running Windows Vista or 7? If so, the infamous Windows UAC strikes again! You need to reinstall Oblivion to a location outside of UAC's control, such as C:\Games\. I recommend using Bben's Oblivion Reinstall guide. kaistyle2
No. I'm running it in Windows XP SP 3. Sorry for the bump, but it just seems odd to see males have the models as the DMRA female. I found out that the Zealot robes also have this same problem when I came across them as well and this is stumping me a bit. kaistyle2
I see that editing doesn't bump a topic? Oh well learn something new everyday. :)
razorpony
Are you running a bashed patch at all? If so make sure the esp is checked under the graphics section. RP
kaistyle2
I checked all my mods and files and not one of them is a Bashed patch. I don't use Wrye brush and I always made sure that many of the patches were either the manual install patches or could be OBMM'd into the game.
