Mod loading issues

Alright, so I have several basic, armor and weapons mods, I made them my self.

Now, these mods, I know work, they use to and I've sent them to several people and they have no issue with them. But, on my computer for some unknown reason, armormod 1 will work, run and do what ever, but weapon mod 1, won't do as it's told. Both will work without the other loaded. I can manage to get both items on a single character through quicksaving, then with both mods loaded each item functions. Go figure?

Weapon mod 2, will load, and have the same issue with theo the other mods, changing the locations for all these items to appear seems to have 0 effect, infact they won't appear any where else, for some reason. Armor mod 2, doesn't even work.

So, where is the the problem? UAC is turned off.

I should add, other then armor mod 2, all items were orignally set to be purchased from Chet.

I'm having a similar problem. I had played FO quite a bit a year or so ago, and had added many mods and changed things, I had no problem adding them to their own cabinet or something where ever I wanted, and they would show up in game. Now I can't get anything to show up.

Ex. I added the M14 mod that includes the 10 different versions, I had it before and I liked it so I put it back in. Now though, when I try to, say, add ammo to the crate they are in, the ammo won't show up. Same for another weapon I loaded into the game, I try to drop it infront of that crate, it doesn't show up.

Now, I'm not sure what I did right in the first place before. I tried making my own .esp files, and they never showed up. I eventually just started loading whatever mod into GECK, doing what I wanted with those items, and then saving it under the same .esp. Everything would work fine. Now though, I can't get anything to show up. Its getting frustrating. Is there any kind of tutorial I can read to try and get myself back on track?
