Constantly Re-corrupting Saves

I re-installed New Vegas after a while away from it, went and got a number of mods, some highly endorsed, and some that just seemed fun. Got a character up to level 30, then experienced the deadly corrupt saves. So I downloaded the community bug fix mod, and deactivated a few other mods that I found I wasn't using. Corrupt saves continued to occur, usually before I could even get to Primm or out of the starting area. I then surfed the forums, found that the community bug fix mod wasn't recommended if I'd already patch up to or past 1.4 (I have 1.7) So I deactivated that, got rid of some more mods that I thought might be causing problems, and was able to play a fourth character, after manually deleting all the saves in the saves folder. Autosave was turned off, and I never used the continue button, though I did have it continue once after I died. Played last night, no problems, got about 3 hours of gameplay in, saved, and went to sleep. Got up this morning, and the game crashes every time I try to open my latest save. I've been using FOMM, BOSS, and FNVEdit, and i can't figure out what's going wrong. Here's my list of mods, hope someone can help.

 

EDIT: Cut my mods down to just the ones I really wanted. Edited to have the correct load list. Also, for some reason the game won't quit when I hit the quit button, it just hangs and I have to close it with the task manager. Any help with that would also be appreciated.
