Vagrant0
could not find it Vagrant0 sorry, id recommand just unplugging everything but is necessary to boot up. see if it boots up then slowly plug in everything and see what happens. it should at least give you a better idea of what the problem isThe only thing other than the motherboard that the power supply connects to was the DVD drive and hard drive. Some of the tape drives and such plug into the motherboard but use a singular connection for power and data I'd rather not mess with. Tried booting up with just the DVD player unplugged, no change. As far as fans go; the fan for the power supply keeps running even when it doesn't boot, same for the fan on the processor. When I start it up, the hard drive does seem to initialize, but stops shortly after. Unfortunately it's a quiet computer even when it is running... and the room where it is tends to be fairly loud at all times of the day so can't tell much more from sound. lostone1993
ok the next step would be to either get a known working Power Supply and test with that or Get a new power supply possibly with a higher wattage to test so you can either rule out the power as a problem or work it out that it is the problem
prandiningrat
also try resetting the BIOS to default settings or replacing the CMOS battery.,and of course updating the BIOS would be the good idea :)I don't think need additional power from PSU, since it was designed for low-resource usage. Not for gaming. I'm sure the shipped PSU can handle for it.
