Then disable the "normal" door and enable the inaccessible door through a script. EDIT: Guess I didn't really answer your question, so no, you can't make doors inaccessible. Thanks anyway though... seems weird that you can't do it the same was as enable/disable... but I'll take your idea of making a 2nd door... that'll work fine.
