Problem w PN's EMP Gen. & HF Emitter Implants

Problems with the EMP Generator and Hyperfrequency Emitter implants: :confused:

 

When the implants are installed, everything seems to work fine, but as soon as I exit to the desktop, the "weapons" themselves (equippable entries in the Weapons menu on the PipBoy) disappear. The perk describing what the implant does remains in my list, and when I have a doctor perform cybernetic surgery, the implant remains. Trouble is, without the item in the weapons list, there's no way to access the implant's benefit, and it becomes a waste of a slot.

 

Is there any way around this? The EM Pulse and HF Emitter are very cool (kudos, by the way), but I don't want to have to see a doctor and reinstall an implant every time I load up the game.

 

As a temporary solution, is there an Item ID list for Project Nevada available, so that I might be able to add these "weapons" using the console?
