Nuudules Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 I remember in TES:IV there was a mod which increased the number of NPCs in towns and on roads. Although it was a mod with a simple concept, it was probably my favorite. Stormcrown Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 From what I've seen of the Skyrim Demo, this MIGHT not be necessary, as the towns seemed populated more accordingly to their size.
