CaffeineCoyote
Hello there, just a player who needs help finding the right mods to fit his game. There's a few mods I would like, but searching through every last mod in the database would take a troublesome amount of time. So, I thought I might ask the community to point me in the right direction of the mods I'm looking for. Here we go: First off, a race. I tend to play the Khajiit because I enjoy the beast races. But, sometimes the cat-people don't exactly fit in a warrior's armor. I suppose I'm looking for a race that fits the beast-race profile of the Khajiit, but also something that isn't too flashy. Y'know, something that could easily be seen walking the streets of the imperial city without guards poking it with swords out of curiosity.. or concern. I would like a house mod. I don't know how big I am on castles, citadels, mansions and the like, but I would like a home for my characters that's got something to it. A nice house, with two floors and a basement would suffice, maybe with a little something in the basement like a.. 'dark secret' sort of thing, like a hidden ritual room, or a bone pit, dark brotherhood affiliated material, or something of the sort. Also, homes are a little empty when you're the only one in them, so something in the way of a maid or butler would be nice. It would make it that much better if they did something other than just pace the floor from one end of a room to the other. Breathe some life into them~ Clothing and armor. As far as clothing, I tend to like the worn-out looking clothing. My personal favorites are the first pair of pants you get when you start a new game (I like them because they look like baggy shorts~), and the hunter's vest (the open front, sleeveless one. Looks like it's made out of fur). Almost the same way with the armor, I don't want to be flashy, I just want something that looks good, but also looks practical and believable. The iron armor set is a good example for this one. One impractical asset that I like to see from armor, though, is to show a bit of skin. Nothing too unbelievably revealing, I just think it would be way too hot in a bulky set of plate armor to be wearing what looks like a thick turtle-neck sweater. Maybe I'm picky, but I'm not here to judge anyone's opinion, or anyone's work. I'm just looking for suggestions of where to look for the specifics I'm trying to find. I really appreciate any help I can get with this~
Harvald
Hi friend, could not help with te race, because i prefer MBP beast races and it is a great effort to install. for the Housemod I suggest Red Rose Manor. little quest in the beginning. the best clothing mods in my opinion are from roadstroker. Forestranger HGCE or Arn templar and Rogue Outfit. Have fun Harvald
CaffeineCoyote
Thank you! I'll check out these mods right away~ Not that the Khajiit are terrible, but maybe something more in the way of a gnoll race. I tried the Vexend and Hyeanin (Possibly spelled wrong) mods before. Good race mods, but it's been so long ago since I've played that I can't remember why I didn't use them for long
