343 Guilty Spark companion

I have already talked about this before, a long while ago, and I want to bring it back up to see if anyone is willing to go through with it. I'm not sure exactly how many people have actually talked about/considered this, but I was wondering if there's a way, or if someone is willing to create a 343 Guilty Spark companion (the Monitor of Installation 04 in the game series: Halo). I do believe it's quite possible (after seeing all of these retexture and new model designed mods) for this to be done, someone can simply retexture ED-E (if people still want ED-E in the game, then just make a copy of him and only retexture one of the ED-E's into Guilty Spark). I also think Guilty Spark should have some of his famous lines from the game, such as his relaxing humming, and his "Oh! hello" line. And for his weapons, have his laser beam attack that you see at the end of Halo 3 (short bursts, and not too powerful). Also, if this is possible, have him every once and a while pulse out the blue ring and have it fade away, to make him look even more like the real 343 Guilty Spark, but I will completely understand if that were to be too difficult, and I'm not really too concerned if that's actually in there or not. As for copyrights? Well... people have made a Spartan armor mod, Halo weapons, and even ODST armor mod, so I don't see why 343 Guilty Spark can be added in?
