Voracious Reader only when Resting

Hello everyone,

 

I don't know if I am the only one, but I really get annoyed by the bunch of messages and pick-up sounds when "Voracious Reader" kicks in.

 

Damaged books are usually found in stashes, but since the perk swaps one book at a time, it can REALLY take some time until it is done.

 

My request is a (hopefully) simple mod, that lets the perk somehow wait some time before swapping the books.

 

My idea would be to only let it swap when resting.

 

If no one wants to do this himself, maybe someone can tell how to do it.
