Conjuration in Skyrim

Some of this is going to be me rambling, but I'm also curious if anyone has any information about Conjuration as I've had a very hard time finding anything about it in any of the interviews, previews, or videos released so far.

First off, my character in Morrowind was a Conjuration/Stealth/Mace/Bow hybrid. Basically I wore no armor (except gloves so I could use Sunder) and would move around at about 200 mph flying through the air doing stealth crit attacks on enemies. I'd kite with my bow if something hit hard. And then any time I went indoors I had a spell that summoned a full suit of Conjured armor (which also took my BoBS off, which actually made me move at a manageable rate indoors). Basically it offered me the best mobility while still being able to have very high damage reduction. This was probably my favorite fantasy character I have ever played in any RPG. It catered exactly to my style of play and was a complete blast. I had mobility and burst damage but was able to use magic to allow me to tank if required. You could move so fast in Conjured armor it was kind of silly...

Fast forward to Oblivion. My first character I basically copied my build from Morrowind. By about level 10 I realized that nothing worked even remotely the same. Conjured armor was classified randomly as either light or heavy (all Conjured armor was considered "unarmored" in Morrowind, so it didn't affect your speed or require any points in light/medium/heavy armor). All the armor pieces were capped at 60 seconds and basically were horrible in comparison to other easily-obtainable or craft-able armor pieces. There were hard caps on damage, so burst was out of the question. Basically nothing worked. I was so sad I almost went to the editor to change the game. Obviously I adapted and played a different style, but I never had quite the same experience with Oblivion.

Now we have Skyrim coming out. There has been almost zero information released on Bound Armor/Weapons. Since all spells are pre-made it really will be up to the designers for us to see how effective any of it is. Will bound armor end up with an armor classification (light/heavy)? Will weapons last more then 60 seconds so you can actually use them? I don't want to get my hopes up, but there is so much potential for what we could get as far as the Conjuration tree goes. Some of the perks listed make me hopeful since there are ones to increase bound weapon damage, etc...

So anyways, I'm curious if anyone has any input on Conjuration in the new game that I might have missed? Any stories you'd like to share from Morrowind or Oblivion on the topic? I really feel like it was significantly neglected in Oblivion and I really hope that won't happen. Here's for hoping!

Good news is, the bound armor and weapons spells are long-lasting: The Bound Mace spell lasts a full 5 minutes from a single casting. Here's hoping they just have "bound armor" instead of a separate spell for every armor piece...

you can conjure weapons for sure .. they have shown a bound bow and reviewers have talked about bound swords too .. there is also a perk that lets you summon two creatures at a time.. thats all I know

Did you look at the bound armor at all? I'm curious if it has an armor classification (light/heavy/unarmored), how the weight works, etc...

Know that feel bro, I wanted to create a warrior, bound equipment user, but I ended using conjuration only to summon cannon fodder.
