Vandal3 Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 (edited) Hello, I'm a fairly new-ish modder and I would like some help from an experienced modder (probably a modeler) who can either do a relatively simple job or tell me step-by-step how to go about doing it myself. Basically, I am trying to create a companion based on the likeness of Frank Woods, your buddy in Black Ops. Using Facegen I have created a pretty accurate head and face and exported the model as an .obj file, with the textures saved as DXT5 DDS files. I tried using Blender to convert the model to .nif, but when viewing it in NifSkope or in the CS after changing my custom race's head model, the model is invisible. I have a feeling it has something to do with applying textures in Blender to make the model "solid", but I'm not sure, because I'm terrible at modeling. Long story short, is there anyone who can take my .obj and .dds files and make a working .nif which I can use as the head model for a custom race in the CS? If not, is there anyone who can tell me how? If you want to help, PM me your email and I'll send you the appropriate files.
