icecreamassassin Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 Ok, so I've addressed this problem a couple times and still haven't found a resolution, so I'll explain it a little better this time (as I understand what is and isn't working a little more now) What is happening is this: I am drawing a ground texture in a cell space and it draws and renders perfectly fine in one of the quadrants but will suddenly stop at the sharp edge of the next quadrant. I bring up the textures in use with the "I" key and verify that the same texture file is loaded in the neighboring quadrant. Every time I draw more, it doesn't appear in the quadrant in my editor but it does increase the percentage of that texture's usage in the quadrant texture list, and when I go into the game it shows up properly. Problem is I wouldn't care if I was just laying down some dirt or mowing the grass, but I am trying to do a damned road and I can't see where my road is snaking around if it won't render in the construction set. Does anyone else have this problem or know what I'm talking about? I can't seem to find a resolution anywhere I've attached a pic of a screen shot of the CS. The CS only allows the 8 textures per quad, but the GAME will still use more than that, so if your CS texture panel shows more than 8 textures (which it can load more than 8) the CS will stop showing the last texture added, but it will still show properly in the game Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
