CTD Upon Reinstall

I upgraded my computer and decided to copy all my save files and data onto a backup hard drive. When I reinstalled Fallout 3 and put everything back, it kept crashing whenever I tried to load FOSE. It worked when I did the same for New Vegas. FO3 Edit keeps telling me Maks StarWars Weapons.esp is loaded after MZC Addon - Star Wars HK416.esp even though I have it put before in FOMM. In fact, FO3 Edit acts as if Maks mod is last. I have no idea what's causing the problem. If it helps at all, my load order is this:
