bashed patch issues

Hi this is my first post to this forum and I have spent the better part of two days trying to figure out everything that's been going wrong with how to get a bunch of mods running for oblivion.

I have these mods:

All Natural 1.31.omod

alternative start 1.0.omod

better water 1.0.omod

DarNified UI 1.3.2.omod

Deadly Reflex 1.0.omod

glenvar castle 1.0.omod

HUD Status Bars 4.2.1.omod

IMMERSIVE INTERIORS 1.0.omod

Leveling mod 1.0.omod

mercantile leveling 1.0.omod

no guard leveling 1.0.omod

Oblivion_XP_v415_-_OMOD-15619.omod

quest award leveling 1.0.omod

quest award leveling SI 1.0.omod

the crystal chasm 1.0.omod

plus all the DLC and shivering isles

I am having an issue that I have narrowed down to my bashed patch.

Everything seems to be working fine except when I start a new character my encumbrance is set to equal my strength rather than being five times my strength and items in my inventory get weird names.

I've systematically disabled each mod and rebuilt my bashed patch until finally I had no more to rebuild and found that when I disabled my bashed patch it stopped the bug from occurring. This is not acceptable obviously because in order for the game to worth playing I need the mods that require a bashed patch.

Any ideas on what could be causing the problem? I have tried reinstalling obmm, wrye bash, and python to no avail.

Please someone help me.

Edit: I should mention that I'm not using both the XP mod and the leveling mod. The leveling mod is disabled. I just exported my obmm mod list and copy/pasted.

Did you tick some options in the bashed patch before rebuilding it? Sounds like you tweaked some settings in the bashed patch. Check there first before doing anything else. Look in the Tweak Settings and any other options that you tweaked. Besides that I can't think of anything else, sorry!!
