Restrict leveling/swiching of items on NPCs?

Hello again...

Here I come once more with a question of undoubtable quality...

I honestly do not know whether this is even possible, and I'm quite aware of the possibility, that such a mod could break the game balance and possibly screw up some of the unique items, but, I wonder, does anyone know if there is a mod, that would stop NPCs from swiching weapons to higher grade with the levelling of the PC? You know what I mean, all the homeless and stinky bandits in the "Very rare, very expensive" glass armor, swinging around the very expensive ebony and glass weapons... It really bugs me, would be great if they could be restricted to say iron, steel and silver, would make it much less ridiculous from RP sight and just raising their skill and stats would compensate quite nicely, I think. At least when you are in for the "RP experience" more than a pure challange.

So, just asking, if anyone knows if thereis such a mod... or something close to it, looked around, couldn't find it tho, so I'm rather asking, since I'm not quite sure it exists.

Once again, thanks in advance,

Elvin

Brasher's Oblivion Overhaul is a light overhaul mod that makes it so armor stronger than steel, leather, and chainmail is quite rare, and weapons more powerful than steel and silver are quite rare. The mod also removes leveling from the spawn lists so you can encounter both weak creatures like rats and strong creatures like ogres no matter what level you are.

Oh yes, found it a few days after I asked here, and let me tell you, it IS amazing. It is so good to level up without thinking and not seeing glass everywhere as a result, seeing people still using steel / leather / etc feels so much more realistic and the variations you added also help it. Not to mention that not knowing what will be in the next bush is also nice, instead of the only rats > only imps > only wolves > ...

That mod of yours really made me so eager to play as when Oblivion was new, so thank you again.

... But let me tell you, it is a hell lot of work to find it :D
