Texture issues.

I've noticed that I have had these errors for awhile, but I wasn't so much bothered as I really, really rarely use the AP mod, I just have it to have it, with AP the breasts (goes for Females of all the things, humans, ghouls, etc.. doubt there are any other, hah.) they spaz out and 'fling' across the map, somewhat like ragdolls do, I do not know if I should/can take screenshots of it, I may do so and use spoiler tags, but I am not sure how else to show it.

 

The other texture problems thats starting to bug me is this..

Notice the arms and above her clothing the chest area, both males and children have this, not sure about females.
