Character frozen at the end of "For the republic part 2"

Hi everyone.

 

Im having a problem and im wondering if someone could help. Whenever I got to talk to Colonel Moore at the end of "For the republic part 2" (after i save Kimball) and she dismisses me my character can't move.

 

The HUD doesn't reaper and all i can do is turn on the spot, crouch, pause the game and open the developer console whilst all the while the game world is still working normally. I cant start Eureka and i cant open any doors or interact with the game world.

 

I am pretty convinced its one of my mods so here is my Load order:

I had a problem similar to this once, except it was after The House Always Wins VIII. So I couldn't start All or Nothing.

 

Character froze, no HUD.

 

What I did was try disabling different mods till it worked. Turns out it was the 'Fake Plastic Trees ED-E' mod that I'm sure was causing it.

 

I know its a long shot. but perhaps it could be one of your mods that changes a characters appearance.
