MShoap13
The third mod (SPB) is not compatible with the other three. Use EVE HGEC Variants instead. It's a full body replacer (with multiple upper and lower body sizes available) and stock armor replacer (to match the body parts you choose). You'll also need BBB for EVE to get BBB working. Once you get those installed if BBB works, you have the skeleton installed properly and if you don't have ugly orange seems on your characters leg(s) and back or splotchy green and orange faces then the texture replacer is working. With all of this installed, the first mod (The body replacer spell) really isn't necessary unless you want to assign particular body parts to particular (naked) NPCs. Edit: I forgot, you'll also need NoMaam Animation Replacer to get BBB working. Edited October 15, 2011 by MShoap13
cyvash
Well due to the age of my game disk, my labtob freezes everytime it tries to locate the cd thus forcing my to delete every trace of oblivion from my HD, because now that i firgured out how to do certain mods it shoiuld be easy for me reinstall the simple ones again, its no big deal to me at least all i was lvl 3 uruk hai, with miley cyrus and twiggy the mudcrab as copanions, along with my warg
MShoap13
Oblivion only checks the disc to verify that it's in the drive upon startup. If you're freezing mid-game it's due to something else. Try Game Booster to turn off as many background processes as you can before starting Oblivion. Once you've set it up, it's one click to close a handful of background processes, and once you're done playing it's one click to turn them all back on. Also, Oblivion has issues with Alt+tab. The best thing to do is simply not Alt+Tab out of the game once you're playing.

bben46
That sounds like the DVD drive was damaging the disk. Possibly something dragging on that one spot eventually wore a groove through the clear protective coating that protects the data. Replacement GOOD used Oblivion DVDs are not hard to come by. I have seen them for sale at about US $5 at flea markets or at about the same at yard sales. You can also find them online. Just did a quick search Oblivion GOTY for US$10 & up. Just Oblivion dvd alone - starts around US $7 Or, through steam - US$20 for The GOTY With SI & KOTN US$25 for the deluxe version with SI, KOTN & all DLCs added - Note: this seems to be the only legal way to get the Battlehorn Castle DLC any more. I do not recommend getting either the D2D or Impact On line versions as they have problems with many mods.

Keirgarth
If you store your disks in a jewel case that holds tight to the disk in the center, over time this will cause cracks in the disk. I tend to put my most expensive disks into sleeves so that nothing is trying to force it's way through the center hole causing stress in that area.
