Raider/trapper armor graphical glitch

My game is heavily modded, and since the dlc was installed, I noticed that the raiders and trappers armor has a graphical glitch that makes the npc move around but the armor pieces float around them stationary. I notice this especially on trappers from Far Harbor and raiders in the Commonwealth. I tried doing rebuilding the bodyslide outfits but that doesn't seem to work. I am unsure what is going on. Here is my mod load order if that helps:
