Much like most of you, I'm a compulsive modder... I tend to see something shiny, then I add it... anyways...

This is my load order/mod list, if you need more detail I'd be happy to provide it. That being said, NMM is up to date, I'm running the latest version of all mods (or up to the version I need), running the latest NON-beta version of F4 with all DLC installed and F4SE is using the right version as well. I'm just at a loss as to why this isn't loading...

Get FO4Edit and run that entire list through it. If it finishes without spitting out an error you have a different problem.

 

The standard question now:

 

Do you have any HUD altering mods? DEF_UI? Pleasant UI? MyHUD? If yes, check for updates for those. Those have no esp files so they ar easily missed. If there aren't any updates deactivate and uninstall them, navigate to your Fallout4/data folder and delete the interface folder. That should fix it.

If you don't have an UI mod installed and FO4Edit shows no error maybe your ini files are somehow wrong but that's rare.
