CTD in Workshop Mode

I've had OCDecorator for a while but haven't used it at all- it's on the other side of Crafting, which has made Fallout crash when I scroll over it ever since I got the game on this computer- and I just now uninstalled it to hopefully help with some issues I've been having with missing categories in the workshop menu. I uninstalled it and made sure all of the files were completely gone.
Now my game is instantly crashing any time I enter into the workshop mode AT ALL. I re-downloaded OCDecorator but of course it didn't work.

Should I just reinstall all of my current mods and see if that fixes it, or is there anything I'm missing?

 

This is a friend's computer. My own doesn't have these sort of problems, so I'm lost. It doesn't help that I'm a newb either. :P

You are running homemakers patches and the ske patches (passive street lights and unlocked institute objects) at the same time.

Delete the two from homemaker and use only the two with SKE at the end.
