Trouble in Nifskope modifying mesh.

So I am new to the whole nifskope thing, but I recently downloaded the Submachine gun stick mag mod.

Now, I use the visible holsters mod to see the weapon on my back etc, but I want to make put the stick mag onto the gun that is shown on my back(It is currently showing the drum mag).

 

Now, so far I have been able to load up the Submachine gun model from the visible holsters mod, and the stick mag from the stick mag mod I want added to the gun.

I have also been able to fit it where it needs to go on the model, but that is it.

Ingame it does not not show up, and I am sure it is because I need to attach it to the model in some way, I just have no idea how to do that, and google is no help, as I have yet to find a guide to show me what to do.

 

So, any links to a guide to show me how to attach/combine meshes in nifskope would be a great help.

 

From what I can tell, what I am missing on the stick mag. is a BSSkin as it is currently missing, I tried copying the one from the previous drum mag. but that just causes the game to crash.

So, any and all help would be appreciated =)
