90% of mods not working

I'm using the NMM and for some reason most of the mods I download with it won't work... I download them, then activate and install them. But for some reason they won't work... I've even tried installing some manually (Copying the appropiate files to the data folder), but still no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, some mods wont work when FO4 got updated. Update/reinstall everything.
