Sp1k3
I got to the Cavern of the Incarnate, but every time I pick up the Moon-and-Star, my game crashes, so I got it with a cheat, but that doesnt work with the story, is there a command to skip just this quest? Malchik
Presumably the reason your game crashes is that your computer cannot play the cut away. I'd ask the techies if they can help there. Otherwise you may only need to disable the cutaways. I'll move this to technical support and see if they have good ideas for you.

Sp1k3
Sorry for doublepost, but I really need help to continue the game!!
Malchik
You can edit the earlier post rather than post twice you know. I'm sorry I can't help on the technical side. You'll have to wait until someone else comes along but in the meantime start a new game and do some of the quests you haven't done yet, join a different house, become a vampire, collect the 27 threads of the webspinner, I'm sure there will be something out here you haven't done! cmac
It seems the files are missing. Were there any error messages that popped up before the CTD? If so, please post it. If the files are missing, the best thing to do is reinstall. Be sure to back up your save games before, though. Also update your patch.
DragoonFurey
Uh it reads the movie files off the CD unless your using a cracked EXE to play morrowind or they changed that with the UK release or something, try cleaning your CD ^_^Outside of that I dunno, i mean it obviously played the intro movie fine. cmac
Right. So either the files were deleted, or moved. So, logically, reinstalling would place the necessary files back in the right place.
