Help, dunno what more to do

Please help, i already finished the game ages ago, then i got the DLC's and modded to spice up the game. The result is crahes and more crashes.

 

Then i looked and asked around and got this pretty little tool called FO3edit. Cool so far, thanks to Elminster's manual i learned to work with it (by the way, big thanks to all of you modders and Elminster), and the game started to run smoothly.

 

I started with almost 30 something mods, and now i'm reduced to this load list because the game is always crashing (like it did before FO3edit), and i dunno what to do next. As i evolve to finish the game, theres only broken steel and the last quest left, the bugs are more frequent and it's almost impossible to play, and it´s impossible to finish the game.

 

Certain interiors in certain places = freeze and crash

Going by foot or fast travel to the water purifier (where dad dies) = crash

Almost everywhere = Slowdowns or freezes and crash

 

I still don't understand the most part of modding but i tried very hard, beyond my limitations even, and now i'm admiting defeat, i dunno what else to do (besides starting to mod FONV).

 

Already have the latest FOSE and FOMM, had MMM, Unoficial Fallout Patch with DLC's, and a hole lot of mods and have taken them out, FOOK is the latest as for the other mods (all loaded about 4/5 months ago). Turned FOOK into FOmod, loaded all of my mods in FOmod version or PFP, by package manager.
