LE Learns Spells W/O Destroying Tomes

Could someone make a mod so that when you learn a spell, you do not destroy the spell book? I'd like to add spell tomes to my bookshelf, but I'd rather not have to spawn each book in after I learn them or keep track of what spell tomes I haven't found a second one of. I'm not a mod creater, but it does seem like a simple to make mod.

"Seeming simple" is a funny random thing often seen in not-so-easy requests.

There's is no "Destroy upon learning" tickbox you can untick. And i'm not even sure if OnRead or OnEquipped events fire for spell tomes since they are not actually read, they just basnish, so it may not be as simple as it seems. If and only if those event do fire then one could make a simple script that adds an extra copy of the book when it's read but still you'd have to modify every single spell tome and make patches for every mod adding spell tomes...
