Is there a way to reset skin tone only?

I spent a large amount of time customizing my character's face, but at the time I created her, I did not have a mod for the skin tone I wanted. I was able to get the tone I wanted from spending a great deal of time with the sliders on an Imperial-skinned character. I've edited the color of the skin I want to use in PhotoShop because it looks much nicer than using the in game sliders; however, when I apply the new skin tone texture, I still have the slider settings from when the old texture was still in place. Getting the skin tone back to a default sate using the sliders would be incredibly difficult, but resetting the skin tone resets me character's face.
