Wunderbot
Looking for somebody with experience with meshes and/or outfit studio. I have been trying to remove the coat of one model and replace it with another. Seemed simple enough but most of my efforts resulted in game crashes and in the best case, I got the outfit to work, but there was a weird big black pole sticking out of it. I got permission from the model creator and it's probably only a 5-10 minute job, but it's proving pretty hard to fix for somebody who's basically just pushing things and hoping it does something. Anyone able to help out?
Wunderbot
Managed to revert it to the version that doesn't crash. Anyone have a clue how to fix the issue below? http://i.imgur.com/4JeETPG.jpgModel credits to L0rd0fWar and mesh edit to Ascendia.
EmissaryOfWind
I've never seen this kind of thing before, Outfit Studio shouldn't be causing this.
Wunderbot
I've never seen this kind of thing before, Outfit Studio shouldn't be causing this. The model creator thinks it's "unweighted vertices". Can't say I really know what that is. I only removed the jacket and bones in the original nif then put the new jacket over the armour in outfit studio. Wunderbot
After pushing more buttons, the "black pole" thing looked different in-game and it turned out to be some crazy warped version of the small area I've encircled below. When I tried to save, it also gave me the warning about a vertex without weight. Anyone any clue how to fix it? http://i.imgur.com/DyiQ6TT.png
