Drivable boats or boats that act like vertibirds

There is so much ocean areas to explore that it would be great to have boats that could be driven or have the scripting of the vertibirds (especial in survival mode rads kill and swimming is slow). There are some really cool mods on the nexus that allows you to call in vertibirds to your location to travel to and from areas with custom fast travel locations and there is a boat mod that lets you travel between locations through a load screen. But it would be nice to have to visual of sea travel and the ability to stop the boat to explore the ocean floor (possibly a buoy instead of a flare). May be a little navel bombardment, like a usable mounted gun like the vertibirds mini-gun (there is a cool mod that adds a handheld 20mm cannon). The Far Harbor DLC brings the boat animation to the game don't know if anyone can tap in to that. Also as an addition it could have a crafting station (ie boat builder station) were you can customize the boat like add armor, faster, carry more fuel, better weapon systems even a new color.
