Frequent freezing

Hey, I posted in another thread but got no response so I'm making a new one.

I'm getting really frequent (ever 5mins) freeze/crashes. It's not going to desktop, just freezing and forcing me to shut it down with the task manager (without a mouse). I have a tonne of mods installed so I'm fairly certain that must be the cause. I have tried running it at every graphics setting and it changes nothing. It seems to happen more when I'm in the underground hideout but I may just be imagining it. I'm running it on a 2.13gh dual core laptop with a 230m graphics and 4gb of ram. I'm using the latest patch, latest version of nvse, and all my drivers are up to date. I set up my load order with BOSS, here it is:

deactivate these mods and try again.

 

also you should use a merged or bashed patch.

I've not tested it that much but it definitely is more stable I got a decent half an hour play before crashing and even then it was while derping around the new Bison Steve Casino.
