I know that the INFOGENERAL topic on the Conversation tab is where rumors all go but I want my rumors to be heard before any other rumors or atleast be heard easily but for some reason they are never heard or rarely heard. The conditions are getstage (QuestID) < 20 [This is before you talk to the NPC to start the quest]getincell Bruma == 1getincell BrumaOlavsTapAndtack == 0 This rumor should be heard in Bruma except for the one inn but if so it is rarely.
