It works for around 20 minutes to which it crahses.

It stutters a bunch too.

I used NMM and got crashes so I tried FOMM and I still get crashes. I believe I have acceleration as well.

I set the affinity and also changed a little bit of the base code so taht it only uses 2 cores.

I have the 4gb mod too.

But it crashes too much.

Any suggestions, please help.

When I can play it's incredibly fun, just like when I first played however it's just unplayable at this point..

My issues: Mouse acceleration;

near the stop between the two guy statues and primm sometimes I get errors,

Sound sometimes stops working

When it crashes, I have issues where I have to restart my pc because i can't close FNV

It gets stuck when I use fast travel.

TL;DR - Help me with my rampant crashes I have the basic mods to stop but I still have unplayable issues.

Edit: My PC specs are;

I5 4590

8GB 1866Mhz Ram

GT 640 Asus 2GB edition (Temp card)

So, I did some research, installed loot and FNVEDIT and I cleaned my games, I found out i didn't install 4gb fallout properly nor did i install NVAC even though I could have sworn I did, so now i'm investing into the weapon menu so that my game crashes less when I mod guns. If I can get it down to crashes every 1 and a half hours. I am fine with that just aslong as it works for a long ass time. Thanks guys :3 Also I meet all requirements for the game and my Temps never go higher than 60 degrees celscius.

I also fixed the mouse accel, it was really annoying if I am honest. but from here, im gonna use Wyre Flash and merge a bucnh of conflict mods and also install some of the second above posters suggestions like Better game perofmrance and reinstall NVAC and NVEC? Myself, do I install both or one seperatly?

As I indicated, I have all of those "fixer" mods installed at the same time. NVAC and NVEC do different things. NVEC requires some judgement as to what options suit your needs depending upon the mod choices you make, but the rest co-exist just fine. There might be some overlap/conflict, but frankly I am not willing to look through 10,000 fixes for any particular one. As long as the game is stable (and it is), I'm content. Where there are conflicts, the usual "last one wins" rule applies, so if something bugs you ... just change the install order, or make your own "merge patch" to fix the Bashed Patch result, or learn about "Bash Tags". You have options if you are willing to learn them. (I've learned if I don't settle for "good enough" I never get to play.)

Note that the WF Bashed Patch is resolving record level (rather than entire mod level) conflicts. When it is able to completely include a plugin, it lets you deactivate that plugin which takes it out of the "active" plugin count. This can typically (for me) account for 15-20 plugins. There is also the capability to "merge plugins" that do not conflict to get under the 140 cap. I cover the subject here, and include a link to the S.T.E.P. Project's guide on it as well. With the combination I am running over 200 mods (many with multiple plugins) with only mid 120s active plugins.

If you are installing HUD-UI-Menu mods like "Weapon Mod Menu" (WMM), "DarNifiedUI" (DarnUI), "Project Nevada" (PN), "Mod Configuration Menu" (MCM) and anything that utilizes that menu, "One HUD" (oHUD), and "User Interface Organizer" (UIO) among others, there are some interactions you need to be aware of before you install any of them. I discuss them in this post.

There is a lot to learn about a modded game. Take your time and don't get impatient. The time you spend doing it right up front pays off in a smooth game down the road.
