Permanent Pose an NPC

Basically what I'm looking for is a way to have a pose, position, and facing of an NPC last until I remove the setting from it. I'd like to be able to furnish some of my castles prisons with 'prisoners'. (Even if the prisoners are just CMs I download.) The problem seems to be that CMs continue to like to walk around, and if you use a Pose mod, once you leave the room and return, they will have reset.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

I've done that in the past (one of those) but I think the poses still reset once you leave the room. (It's been awhile. I'm in the midst of re installing about 20gb of mods. Replaying Oblivion before Skyrim. lol.)

For example, there's a ball and chain pose that I think would work really well, but once you leave and come back, it's gone.

CMs are not really well suited for what you want to do. Modders making those CMs have put a lot of effort into their mods just to do the opposite: make the CMs have a life of their own. And then it really can be hard to make them "dumb" again.

I suggest that you make your own little mod with the CS, and simply create your own NPCs. It's VERY easy, and these suckers are dumb like a moose before clever modders start giving them some AI packages. :)
