IorwerthFawr
I just thought that it would be really cool to eventually have a mod based on this book series. Any one else?

MoonlightWyvern
I have to say, I've started reading the first book of the series and I'm afraid I'm not so much a fan as I thought I would be. For me, the books have a little too much sex and the like to what I expected, which was probably a little nieve of me. Despite being in complete rapture when reading the book, the memories of what's happened aren't as fond as other books I've read, and I feel that I'm probably missing a point with that. I wont stop reading it, but I will have to consider carefully if I want to read the rest of the series or not. Each to their own... It would be complicated, going off what I've read so far, to impliment the relations and that into quest lines, but I would deffinately like to play a mod like that. I have read the first three books, and I don't plan on continuing. It isn't intelligently written, although, after reading the utterly genius Malazan Book of the Fallen, it is hard to find anything that can pass the standards it raised. Martin's got nothing on Erikson.
Vizm
Whatever.. there really isn't that much sex in the series although it does rather push the bounds of propriety. I can understand it that makes you uncomfortable but the world created by Martin is dark and while man strives for high ideals they also have dark hearts. Martin does this very well. If someone makes a Fire and Ice Conversion Mod I'll def give it a looksee.
