Guest deleted34438890
Was this intended? I can't think of any entries in the ConstructionSet.ini that would enable accurate lighting. Ambient lighting and bloom/HDR effects are dimmed to the point where they seem almost not even present, which makes it very tedious to do any work with weathers or ambient lighting. I have a few hundred hours of experience in the GECK / Creation Kit combined, and neither of them have this problem. I've tried searching Google, but all I'm given are answers to questions completely unrelated to my search query, almost as if no-one else in the world ever had this problem before, or everyone else in the world already knows this was intentional, and I'm out of the loop. I'd like to get my project done efficiently. Saving, exiting, launching Oblivion, forcing weather, having the weather look nothing like it did in the editor, exiting Oblivion and relaunching the Construction Set only to make appropriate adjustments, and then do this entire process yet again is not only inefficient, but a complete waste of time. I'm using version 1.2.404 of the Construction Set provided by Bethesda, which is presumably the latest. Guinefort1
Assuming that no one shows up that can adequately answer your question, maybe try contacting authors of weather mods to ask for tips about how they did it? I know Arthmoor and discovery1, both authors of weather mods, are still active here. I obviously cannot speak for them, but asking them for advice can't hurt any.
