Skyrim Random CTDs help

I don't know if this is a custom skeletons, realistic ragdolls or dirty save issue. It keeps on randomly crashing a lot. Here is my load order as well as my specs. Yes my specs are low but they can still play skyrim around medium-low settings and I didn't have this problem before.

I have XPMSE, SKSE, HDT Tails and etc, and Skyrim 2k HD Complete. I don't know whether there's an incompatibility here or what. I also have beautiful males underwear/nonnude edition that I got while trying to fix this. I just want to play the game with custom races and realistic ragdolls is one of the requirements. I don't care for female body replacers so I'm using vanilla female mesh and custom skeletons on everything in Skyrim. I don't know why this is happening.

I'm also using ECE/CME merged version that's on the nexus.
