Nimius
I made a new armor in CK. For now it's just a recolor of an existing armor (You know... Messing around with CK  ).It works ingame, but I can get it only via console. So I wanted to make recipes to craft/temper the armor, but CK won't let me do this. It just won't save the changes I make in the 'Created Object'-Drop-down menu. I assing it to the right armor but it always switches back to 'NONE'. So I can't craft the armor and when I get it through console I can't temper it. Is there a fix to it or am I doing something wrong? Or is it just Bethesda again? Perraine
My workflow is usually- Create Armor Addon = Make a copy of any vanilla Armor Addon and rename it to 00ArmorNameHereAA (so it's easy to find in the list) Click "Yes" to create new object- Create Armor = Copy any vanilla Armor and rename it to 00ArmorNameHere, and be sure to change the Armor Addon to my newly created 00ArmorNameHereAA ... AND ... be sure to select the correct material type form the list (i.e Leather, Hide, Steel etc) Click "Yes" to create new object- Create Recipes = Copy any vanilla recipe and rename it to 00RecipeArmorNameHere ... AND ... make sure to select my new 00ArmorNameHere form the "Created Object" drop down list, Click "Yes" to create new object. If you are doing roughly those same steps, then it should be working ... FIIK why it doesn't if you are.
Nimius
Well, that's what I did. I followed several tutorials and they told me to do the same... I better start off from scratch, maybe I did something wrong.
Perraine
Post some screenshots of the other object windows = The Armor Addon object window, and the Armor object window, might be able to see something wrong.
