Finally joining the Nexus

Hey all,

 

I'm CounterPoint, and I'm a modder from M&B: Warband. I've also been playing TES Oblivion for the last year or so for PC, and have been enjoying many of the fine mods created by this community. I don't have any crazy 'fell in love with the game' story, and I'm no console gamer convert, but I did (and still do) enjoy Oblivion and the vibrant modding scene surrounding it. Hopefully someday I'll make a contribution of my own ;)

 

I taught myself 3d modelling/texturing using Wings3D; here's some of my work to introduce myself (since everyone loves pictures) :P

Wow. You totally need to convert a few of those to Oblivion and upload them. Looks very good.

Thanks for the warm welcome. At some point, I'll learn how to mod stuff in Oblivion/ the upcoming Skyrim. I know there are plenty of good tutorials out there, so I won't bother asking 'bout that ;)

 

There was some talk between Dark0ne and Janus over at the taleworlds forum about a possible future spot for M&B modding here at the Nexus. I just thought I'd come and 'scout out' the community here -- so far I'm liking it :D .

 

Maybe sometime I'll find the time to port some of my previous work over to Oblivion....
