Fuzzyidioms
Error [content0]game\gui\_old\components\guidisassembleinventorycomponent.ws(28): Function 'ShouldShowItem' cannot have a weaker access modifier than in ancestor class 'W3GuiPlayerInventoryComponent'. Ok Folks I need your help. I cannot make heads of this error in the compiler upon launch. I've deleted and reinstalled and still no luck. then Deleted the content0 folder and verified What line do I need to edit? Please also note I have no Programming experience so a pathing prompt would be very helpful. My thanks and hopes Fuzzyidioms

williamcosca
Error [content0]game\gui\_old\components\guidisassembleinventorycomponent.ws(28): Function 'ShouldShowItem' cannot have a weaker access modifier than in ancestor class 'W3GuiPlayerInventoryComponent'. Warning [content0]engine\showflags.ws(9): Global native function 'DebugSetEShowFlag' was not exported from C++ code. Yep, same here. I noticed that the game works just fine when I delete the mods and it skips the compile script stage. Then I slowly add some mods and it works fine, but then it starts compiling scripts on certain mods, or just when it "feels" like it. I thought it was because of the Debug console enabler mod, but I have not installed that mod ever since I reinstalled the game two times ago. So I completely doubt I have the files for that mod still in the game.
hafesapperl
@williamcosca i tried to disable all mods in nmm but all it does is it gives me an even bigger error script. did you actually delete them all or just disabled them as well?i dont want to play without mods like over 9000, wealthy vendors and fast travel from anywhere anyways but im curious why it doesnt work when i disable them all. Edit: Nvm i had two mods installed manually in the game folder i deleted them and it works now without any mods. Still not a solution but atleast i can play tonight.Edit 2: I found out that the original error message OP posted comes from the mod No Item levels. Perks always active doesnt work. indestructible items doesnt work. Fast travel from anywhere doesnt work. On the other hand the better trophies mod, over 9000, increased creature loot and wealthy vendors do still work. I guess we will just have to wait until the mods get updated. williamcosca
@hafesapperl Yep, same thing for me, Its only CERTAIN mods that are causing this problem. I am not using that many, only those with with the current patch. The ones that were causing me problems were most of the exact mods that you listed. It is a shame because some of the mods that are not working are what makes the game more enjoyable for me, such as indestructible items. :/ Edit: Actually I just tested it, the unlimited durability worked for me. It is probably a different one than yours, however, the mod that takes away level requirements for items is not working, which is a shame : / Edited May 31, 2016 by williamcosca
Virtia
I had the same issue trying to use the mod "No Item Level Requirements" (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/983/?). Removing it and replacing with "Remove Item Level Requirements" (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1542/?) works fine for me. Specifically, the previous mod was conflicting out when paired with unlimited durability and no witcher senses effects.
