The problem is that AFLevelMod gives you a "ring-of-choice" when you leave the sewer tutorial but with a quest delayer I don't do the tutorial or leave the sewer. As a result, I can't figure out how to get the ring-of-choice. Any ideas? If I knew the rings Object ID I could use the console to put it in my inventory. I got CS, opened Oblivion.esm + AFLevelMod.esp then opened "world objects" "containers" "anvilfghdininghallchest" and click-drag-dropped the "ALMOchoice" from "items" "clothing" "misc" "medium class" "rings" but when I went to the fighter's guild I could only find one chest in the dining hall and it didn't have the ring. Can I find out an items Object ID through CS so I can use the player.additem command? LexoNZ Posted November 16, 2007 Author Share Posted November 16, 2007 Ok. So after reading a tutorial at cselderscrolls I made a mod. The mod places a barrel - new form - in the fighter's guild. Inside this barrel I put the "ring of choice" and a "steel longsword." Only the "steel longsword" is there when I run the game... The "ring of choice" just vanishes, and cannot even be summoned using its Object ID. It is a quest item. Does anyone know why this happens and how I could get a hold of a "ring of choice" for AFLevelMod without doing the tutorial and exiting the sewers.
